We have started to get some rain here in Seattle so tentatively planned to visit the pumpkin patch on Saturday morning but were not sure how muddy or rainy it would be.
Despite a crummy night of sleep for Matt, Willa & I we decided to go.
And we are glad we did! I got my first egg nog latte of the season!
The big girls had a lot of fun, and Willa slept through most of it.

animals, including baby kittens the girls got to hold
(Matt read that kittens sleep for 16 hours per day. He decided Willa must be a kitten!)
We knew my friend Katie & her family would be there & we got to say hi to them,
but we also ran into a few other families we know including a former co-op family,
a current co-op family, and a former bookclub member with
girls almost the exact same ages as Etta and Addie.
To top it off, there were some puddles to jump in but not much mud and it did not rain on us :)
